About Dr. Saska Fiona Sookra Winslow
Dr. Saska Fiona Sookra Winslow is a board-certified family physician who has been in practice for 16+ years, since the completion of her family medicine residency at Florida Hospital, Orlando in 2007. She is a 2004 graduate of Loma Linda University School of Medicine in Loma Linda, CA. During residency, Dr. Winslow was the recipient of the Resident Teacher of the Year in 2006, nominated by the University of South Florida medical students. She has also been awarded for Scholarly Achievement during her residency in 2007.
Since residency, Dr. Winslow has practiced in multiple clinical settings including urgent care, the hospital, the nursing home and rehabilitation center, and outpatient family practice. Having practiced in these various settings helped prepare and shape Dr. Winslow to become a well-rounded and experienced physician. Most recently, Dr. Winslow was one of the associate medical directors for Tidewell Hospice. She now also serves as an adjunct professor for Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM), teaching 3rd and 4th year medical students. She cares deeply about her patients and is blessed to care for them in her own private practice.

Dr. Winslow is a firm believer in whole-person-based care looking at all aspects of health and healing – the physical, emotional and spiritual. She assesses all these components for her patients to ensure optimal health and wellness. She loves sitting down and getting to know her patients.
She is married to her husband, Aaron, and is a mom of two active kids, Madeleine and Seamus. In her free time, Dr. Winslow enjoys walking at sunset, biking, jogging, traveling, and Harley rides with her husband. three fur babies Tulip, Ruby and Honey – all rescues. In addition, she is actively involved in youth ministry at her church’s Pathfinder group.
