Hormones are those chemicals in your body produced by the endocrine system. Throughout a woman’s lifetime they will naturally change- they cause puberty to begin and will eventually brig on menopause. There are moments however when you may produce too much or little of a hormone. This can set off some negative side effects in the body.
Now your symptoms will be dependent on which hormones are working improperly. We have compiled a list of symptoms that can come from a hormonal imbalance.:

- Fertility treatments
- Changes in diet and sleep
- Use of caffeine and alcohol
- Depression and anxiety
